Community Corporation of Santa Monica receives all of our referrals for our available apartments in Santa Monica, via the City of Santa Monica Below Market Housing waitlist. To apply onto the waitlist, please go to www.santamonica.gov/housing or https://santamonicahousing.org/. Community Corp will contact applicants referred by the City of Santa Monica based on the order of the BMH waitlist.

Clicking "yes" does not mean you are guaranteed the apartment, and it is not an offer of housing. If you clicked yes, on a City of Santa Monica Opt-In email, and we do not contact you, it means we have not reached your name yet. Community Corp contacts applicants in the order that they were referred by the City of Santa Monica BMH waitlist. You will know we have reached your name when you receive an invitation email directly from a Community Corp representative. Please do not visit the property.
